Security deposit & rules

A € 600 security deposit is required upon booking (pre-authorization only, not charged with "credit" cards).
🐾 Pets are not allowed
🚭 No smoking inside the house

Before you leave, please make sure to:
• Return kitchen utensils to their original place (everything is photographed — it helps us check quickly between bookings)
• Leave used towels in the shower
• Drop the keys in the designated mailbox
• And please, no tears 😅
